BVGC has released the competition calendar for the next summer season. We have included 4 more locations to the series, making it a full state tour format.
Here are the dates:
September 15 – “King of the Beach”, Bond University
October 6 & 7 - QBVT Round 1, Cairns
October 13 & 14 – QJBVC, Surfers Paradise
October 20 & 21 – QBVT Round 2, Surfers Paradise
November 10 & 11 – QBVT Round 3, Surfers Paradise
December 1 – QBVT Round 4, Surfers Paradise – Day/Night
January 26 & 27 – QLD Open 2013, Surfers Paradise
February 16 & 17 – QBVT Round 5, Mackay

Well thank goodness the weather is warming up! We are about to 'spike' back into action with the launch of the "4-aside Summer Season", starting September 7.
I know everyone is hanging out to get amongst at the new facility at Surfers Paradise. The lights and surrounds make for some of the best Beach Volleyball game play in Australia!
So come down and get your toes in the sand, in this fun and enjoyable atmosphere!

Beach Volleyball Gold Coast is very happy to announce the signing of a 3 year deal with Surfers Alliance to bring back Beach Volleyball to this iconic beach.
Beach volleyball is making a triumphant return to the place where the sport made its name in Australia, in an unprecedented move by Volleyball Queensland.
Surfers Paradise Beach has been announced as the location for the Queensland Beach Volleyball Series from 2011 through until 2014.
Volleyball Beach Sports Managing Director Brett Richardson said it’s the first time the Series would be held predominately in a single location.
